   2. 2:58 to 15:15--This Week on the River is highlighted with Scott Mandrell, who portrays Meriwether Lewis for the Discovery Expedition. Scott discusses events of the original expedition in the area, shares information from the original journals, describes the physical environment and locations of the area, and recounts events of the previous week of the re-enactment. Video footage of the last week on the river includes highlights from Lexington, Missouri, river travel this week, images from historic Fort Osage where the Corps spent a number of days, and a tour of the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library in Independence, Missouri.

   3. 15:15 to 32:04--This week's first feature focus re-enacts some of Captain Clark's water experiments conducted as the Corps traveled through Missouri. Dale Blevins of the United Stated Geological Survey joins us to demonstrate the logreel experiments which estimated the river's speed and compares the river's speed today to the time of the expedition. He also shares journal entries dealing with sedimentation in the river and recreates an experiment with river sediment to compare the levels then and now. E-mail questions are also included.

   4. 32:04 to 38:22--Our second feature focus takes a closer look at the importance of water safety when boating on rivers. Captain Cox of the Missouri State Water Patrol joins us for this segment.

   5. 38:22 to End--Our closing segment includes a number of e-mail questions about Fort Osage, the Missouri River and water safety. After that it's closing comments, information on next week's webcast, thanks and goodbye.
